Tripwire Defense Training Center
Tripwire Defense Training Center (TDTC) is a fully operational readiness training complex that is poised to meet a broad range of training requirements for military and law enforcement clients. TDTC is also home to SWFL Range and Gun Club, and First Round Ammunition, which caters to a variety of private customers. Sitting on 1,200 acres of land, TDTC features a former maximum-security prison, 20+ training structures, over 10 firearms and explosive ranges, a 2-mile precision rifle range with sniper platform and rappel tower, private FAA certified 3,700′ runway, multiple helipads, controlled/restricted airspace with a 35,000-foot ceiling, and an explosive storage area that is rated for tens of thousands of pounds. TDTC offers living space with all associated life support, and climate controlled secure storage areas. Additionally, classrooms, offices, and customizable spaces are available to further support any client requirements.
Located in Immokalee (south central Florida), TDTC offers a favorable year-round training climate, and is central to Fort Myers, Naples, Tampa, and Miami. Several large military installations are within driving distance of TDTC including Tyndall AFB, Eglin AFB, Patrick SFB, Homestead AFB, Hurlburt Field, and MacDill AFB.
